Riverhouse on the Rock is proposing a mixed-use development located on prime waterfront land in downtown Watertown. The development consists of 91 market-rate apartments and approximately 2,800 square feet of commercial space.
Riverhouse on the Rock is teaming up with the City of Watertown to develop this site following construction of the new Town Square, which is adjoining the mixed-use development. The mixed-use development will have retail space and potentially a restaurant that overlooks the Town Square to the North and will have beautiful waterfront views to the East. This development will be at the heart of a bustling activity center where residents can enjoy events in the town square, walk to several boutique shops and restaurants, or bike the newly constructed Riverwalk.
THE FOUNDRY ON 3RD
The Foundry on 3rd is a mixed-use development located in Downtown Wausau where the former Wausau Center mall was once located. The development will consist of two phases, the first phase consisting of approximately 154 units and 17,000 square feet of commercial space. The Foundry on 3rd will overlook downtown Wausau and have amazing views of Rib Mountain. The Foundry on 3rd is part of a larger redevelopment that will consist of a future public market and a pedestrian bridge leading to the waterfront recreation area.
THE MILL ON MAIN
The Mill on Main will be the first Multi-Family development in the newly created Sawdust District. Located right across the Fox River from Downtown Oshkosh, The Mill on Main will be a three phase development with approximately 291 units and 22,800 commercial square feet. It will also include a private clubhouse for residents, possible boat slips available to rent, pickle ball courts, a pool, on-site riverfront restaurant, a dog park, and a community park including an amphitheater and a skating rink. The Mill on Main will act as a catalyst for the Sawdust District and activate the Fox River and Lake Winnebago shorefronts. Construction of Phase 1 is scheduled to begin in Fall 2022.
BRUCE COMPANY APARTMENTS PHASE 1
The Bruce Company is an existing landscaping and garden center business that currently sits on 17 acres of land in the heart of Middleton along Pheasant Branch Creek. T. Wall Enterprises has partnered up with The Bruce Company to masterplan and redevelop their land by constructing a new, state-of-the-art office and garden center, and using the remaining acreage on site to construct multi-family, mixed-use, hotel, and office buildings, along a public park along the creek. This development, when finished will comprise of approximately 800 apartment units, 700 hotel rooms, and 400,000 square feet of office and retail space.
The first phase of apartments will be a 5 story building with underground parking, approximately 100 units with views to the new public park, the Pheasant Branch Creek and into the Bruce Company’s beautiful landscape yard and greenhouses.
