Taylor Brengel

Taylor Brengel joined T. Wall Enterprises in 2012. As Executive Vice President & General Counsel, Taylor oversees the company's legal activities, including real estate negotiation and purchases, financing, project entitlement coordination, landlord tenant issues and commercial lease negotiation, lender relations, entity organizational structure, and corporate governance.

Taylor earned his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Lawrence University. His prior work experiences include working for an in-house legal department of a Fortune 100 company and working for the Honorable Jon Coffey of the U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Maddie Wall

Maddie has worked in a variety of roles for T. Wall Enterprises since joining the team in 2012. She worked in leasing and property managment across most of the properties before transitioning to development and project management. Her current role in operations and marketing oversees project development from entitlements through construction, property management and leasing, and all marketing activities.

Maddie has a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas as well as a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She previously worked as a Registered Nurse in a Neonatal ICU and currently works occasional shifts on a Labor & Delivery unit to maintain her RN license.

Lane Brown

Lane Brown is the Director of Construction responsible for management and coordination of construction activities within the portfolio. He acts as an owner’s representative, works with city staff, architects, contractors, engineers, and others to ensure that projects are completed to meet the desired specifications, timeframe, and budget. Lane earned his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas. His prior experience includes project management in residential remodeling and design/build construction in the Madison area since 2011.

Helen Wall

Helen Wall oversees investor relations across T. Wall Enterprises' 30+ entities and approximately 800 investors, managing investor accounts, capital raise initiatives, and investor distributions. Over the past several years, Helen has raised more than $100 million in investment capital, helping bridge financing needs and supporting development projects. Helen is responsible for investor communications, including semiannual updates for all operating properties. She has contributed to T. Wall Enterprises in various roles since 2010 and has focused exclusively on investor relations and capital raise initiatives since 2018.

Connie Dugolenski

Connie transitioned into the role of Director of Property Management. Prior to this position, she served as T. Wall's Assistant Director of Property Management.

Connie has been a member of the T. Wall team since 2015. With more than 35 years of property management experience throughout the Midwest, she brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership to her role. Originally from Wisconsin, Connie returned to her home state to continue building her career. In addition to her extensive property management background, Connie holds a Wisconsin Real Estate Sales License, further strengthening her support for T. Wall team.

Danielle Barthels

Danielle joined the company in 2022 as a Leasing Assistant, brining a genuine commitment to every aspect of her role. She has since grown into her current leadership position, where she plays a key part in supporting the team across the region's portfolio.

With hands on experience spanning multiple roles within the company. Danielle has developed a well rounded and comprehensive understanding of property management, from the resident experience to the daily operations that keep properties running smoothly. Her growth from leasing to leadership reflects her passion for the industry and her drive to continually grow and improve.

Nick Patterson

Nick Patterson leads multi-family and mixed-use development for T. Wall Enterprises, overseeing projects from site acquisition and entitlements through financing to construction and leas-up. He works closely with municipalities on tax increment financing and development agreements, and manages the architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants who carry each project from concept through entitlements.

Nick began his career in multifamily and student housing property management and leasing, which grounds his development work in how buildings actually operate. He holds a B.S. in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Iowa State University and joined T. Wall Enterprises in 2019.

Matt Ballweg

Matt supports the development of multiple new multi-family communities, coordinating closely with municipalities, architects, and engineers throughout the development process.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. His previous experience includes loan underwriting and allocating tax credits with WHEDA.

Haven Hatleberg

Haven began her journey with us as a Development Intern during the summer of 2025. After successfully completing the internship, Haven was hired on as a Development Associate. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Madison Area Technical College, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and business operations.

Haven serves as a key point of coordination between architects, engineers, and municipalities to ensure multi‑family communities advance efficiently.

Chris McFarland

Chris McFarland is the Construction Project Manager responsible for the construction within the Community of Bishops Bay development. He also oversees existing commercial property construction build outs. Lastly, Chris works within the construction department with all new multi-family communities that currently under construction from start to completion. Chris has an extensive 15 year background in custom home building as well as construction supply chain management in the Madison area.

Chris earned his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a minor in English.

Noah Hewitt

Noah Hewitt is responsible for supporting real estate and residential construction efforts across the portfolio. He works with contractors, vendors, and project teams to help ensure projects are completed to meet established specifications, timelines, and budgets. Noah earned his Business Management degree from Madison Technical College in 2024. His prior experience includes over five years of work in real estate and residential building.

Deric Clyce

Deric has recently joined the T. Wall team, bringing with him over 30 years of leadership across Real Estate, Healthcare, and Financial Services. Deric brings a unique, multi-sector perspective to complex business challenges, and specializes in cultivating strategic partnerships and high-level investor relations to drive capital growth and execute mission-critical initiatives. His career is defined by a consistent ability to translate market insights into actionable solutions that meet the rigorous demands of investors & stakeholders.

Jamie Blom

Jamie Blom has recently joined the T. Wall team, assisting with capital raising initiatives. Jamie’s experience includes 17 years in the commercial construction industry, having sold $232 million in contracted construction projects with 1.5 million square feet of construction facilities built. Jamie was involved in local politics, serving as a member of the Brown County Board of Supervisors where he was appointed by County Executive Streckenbach in 2015 and reelected in 2016, ending his term in 2018. Jamie graduated from UW Milwaukee with a bachelor of business administration degree with double majors in finance and marketing. Jamie currently maintains a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license.

Harley Disch

Harley Disch is responsible for driving marketing and promotional efforts for our diverse portfolio of development projects and properties. She designs and manages property signage, creates and oversees social media content, and coordinates marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive brand visibility across all locations.

Harley earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in General Business with a certificate in digital marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Calvin Tanner

Calvin is a Financial Analyst responsible for analysis and underwriting across pre-development projects, stabilized properties, and the overall portfolio. He has worked in real estate and development since 2020, beginning as a property accountant before moving into a controller role, experience the laid the foundation for his current work. Calvin holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Cole Jordee

Cole Jordee joined T. Wall Enterprises in 2023 after graduating from law school. As Associate General Counsel, Cole is part of the legal team that manages the transactional and regulatory activities that drive development projects through acquisitions, financing, entitlement, construction and property management. This includes drafting, analyzing, and advising on a range of development and organizational matters.

Cole earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her Bachelor of Science from Edgewood College, where she also played NCAA Division III volleyball and basketball. Her prior experience includes working in NCAA compliance and clerking for a law firm.

Lambeau

Lambeau, born in February of 2017, is a purebred Labrador Retriever and the Senior Mascot for T. Wall Enterprises Mgt, LLC. Lambeau’s job includes greeting guests, taking team members for walks, cleaning up spilled food, and motivating team morale. Lambeau is remarkably intelligent; he is a certified member of the American Kennel Club.

Hinckley

Hinckley, born in November of 2017, is Lambeau’s little brother. Hinckley is also a purebred Lab. Hinckley seems to be a little less serious than Lambeau: he just wants to have fun, eat a lot of treats, and take a lot of naps. Hinckley is also a member of the American Kennel Club.
