Erica Koch

Erica Koch is the Vice President of Operations & Property Management for all multi-family communities. She has spent the last 25 years in the multi-family housing industry in Wisconsin with various roles and responsibilities including managing all aspects of the company’s operations, customers and properties.

Erica earned her BBA at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a major in Marketing. She is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Wisconsin.

Taylor Brengel

Taylor Brengel joined T. Wall Enterprises in 2012. As general counsel, Taylor oversees the company’s legal activities, including real estate negotiation and purchases, development financing, project entitlement coordination, landlord tenant issues and commercial lease negotiation, lender relations, entity organizational structure, and corporate governance.

Taylor earned his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Lawrence University. His prior experiences include working for the in-house legal department of a Fortune 100 company and working for the Honorable John Coffey of the U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Lane Brown

Lane Brown is the Director of Construction responsible for management and coordination of construction activities within the portfolio. He acts as an owner’s representative, works with city staff, architects, contractors, engineers, and others to ensure that projects are completed to meet the desired specifications, timeframe, and budget. Lane earned his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas. His prior experience includes project management in residential remodeling and design/build construction in the Madison area since 2011.

Helen Wall

Helen Wall works on the administrative side of investment relations, managing our current 600+ investors’ accounts, communicating with investors – including writing semi-annual investor updates – and assisting with capital raise planning and execution.

Helen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from UW-Green Bay as well as several teaching licenses from the UW and Edgewood College in Madison. She spent ten years as a classroom teacher in Portage and in Madison, Wisconsin.

Justin Reddeman

Justin Reddeman is the Director of Finance for T. Wall Enterprises responsible for the Accounting Department and the Financial Reporting of all entities. He brings over 25 years of experience which includes managing a large commercial real estate investment portfolio, accounting, financial analysis, construction and commercial lending.

Justin is a CPA and earned his BBA from UW-Whitewater majoring in both Finance and Production and Operations Management. He also holds an Associate Degree from Madison College in Accounting.

Holly Guskey

Holly Guskey is the Director of Property Management for the multi-family communities. She assists with oversight and training on leasing, customer relations, budgeting, and directing maintenance. She has over 10 years of property management experience in the Madison area.

Mitchell Herl

Mitchell Herl performs a range of analytic work for multi-family developments that include debt scheduling and modeling, appraisal and assessment work and pre-construction budgets. He works closely with accounting in reporting and producing financials.

Mitchell earned his BS from UW-Madison, majoring in Economics with Mathematical Emphasis and is currently a CFA Level I candidate.

Jake Bunz

Jake Bunz joined T. Wall Enterprises in 2019. Jake is responsible for the entire entitlement process pertaining to the company’s multifamily and mixed-use developments. Jake coordinates with architects, engineers, city planners, surveyors and contractors to ensure efficient planning and execution of a development.

Jake received his B.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics at UW-Madison while playing Division 1 Hockey for the University. He is also the winner of the 2019 NCAA Hockey Humanitarian Award.

Nick Patterson

Nick Patterson is a development analyst responsible for managing the process of launching of new multi-family projects, including financing and government entitlements. Nick coordinates with architects, engineers, lenders and municipalities to ensure on time delivery of each project.

Nick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with an emphasis on Real Estate from Iowa State University. His prior experiences include assisting in student and multi-family property management as well as leasing.

Lambeau

Lambeau, born in February of 2017, is a purebred Labrador Retriever and the Senior Mascot for T. Wall Enterprises Mgt, LLC. Lambeau’s job includes greeting guests, taking team members for walks, cleaning up spilled food, and motivating team morale. Lambeau is remarkably intelligent; he is a certified member of the American Kennel Club.

Hinckley

Hinckley, born in November of 2017, is Lambeau’s little brother. Hinckley is also a purebred Lab. Hinckley seems to be a little less serious than Lambeau: he just wants to have fun and take a lot of naps. Hinckley is also a member of the American Kennel Club.
